Where: Dive Source Scuba Park & Training Site - 40 Water Street, Marmora and Lake, Ontario

Come to socialize with other divers and have a fun time while putting your years of pumpkin carving experience to the test underwater.

Free event but call the shop to reserve your pumpkin. Remaining pumpkins will be on a first come first serve basis.
Family and Non Divers welcome on shore. There will be Hot Drinks and Snacks to warm you up after the dive while we get ready for the judging.

PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST RULES and REQUIREMENTS:
1 All work MUST be done underwater
2 No Power Tools
3. Teamwork is allowed
4 Pumpkins will be randomly assigned.
5 No drawing on the pumpkins on the surface.
6 Safe handling of the tools no cutting yourself or your buddy.
7 Only items you find under the water are allowed to be used as props. You will be judged on your carving skills and creativity.
8 All pumpkins must be completed in one dive and within 60 minutes.
9 You MUST have fun.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 Your scuba gear and one cylinder of air.
2 A knife to carve with (the shop has some great ones for sale)
3 Probably a little extra weight - pumpkins tend to float!

There will be prizes to be won and also a grand prize for the BEST jack o’lantern of the day!
