Tec 45
Are you ready to take the next step to deeper, longer diving? As the second part of the PADI TecDeep program, Tec45 will help you take the next step to becoming a technical diver, and travel past the recreational depth limit.

Completed in full technical equipment (or sidemount) with a single deco/stage cylinder, you will safely plan and execute decompression dives to 145ft./45m.
This course contains self study material, academic/classroom based instruction as well as 4 open water dives.
What you will learn:
- To conduct decompression dives to 145ft/45m using air and enriched air mixtures
- To use enriched air mixtures or pure oxygen to accelerate decompression
Pre-Requisites:
- PADI Tec40
- PADI Rescue Diver
- Have a minimum of 50 logged dives, with at least 12 dives on enriched air nitrox deeper than 18 metres/60 feet and 6 dives deeper than 30 metres/100 feet
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a Medical Statement signed by a physician within the last 12 months
Equipment Required:
- Standard technical configuration or,
- Sidemount configuration
- stage/decompression cylinder (minimum 30 cu.ft.)
